Returns and Refunds Policy

At Homello.store, every product undergoes a 100% quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare event that the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we offer easy returns under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is damaged during transit.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@wenexto.com with your order details.

Return Process

  • Our return policy is valid for 48 hours after the product is delivered.

  • To initiate a return, kindly send clear images of the damaged/incorrect product to support@wenexto.com with subject as "Important Return"

  • Our Quality Control Team will review the case and verify eligibility.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product through our logistics partner.

  • Upon successful pickup, we will either:

    • Ship a replacement product, or

    • Issue a store credit of the same value if a replacement is unavailable.

  • The complete process typically takes 3–4 working days.

Refunds

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of:

    • Replacement of the product, or

    • Store Credit for future purchases at Homello.store.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds back to the original payment method.
